Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Parcel
Carefully pack your items in their original Fable England gift boxes and secure them in a protective mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use the provided QR code at your nearest authorized drop-off location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop team inspects the returned treasures, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 10 business days.
